Kiwi Breakfast Smoothie
For those of you who don't like bananas, this smoothie makes a great substitute. Enjoy!
2 kiwi fruits
a large handful of berries of your choice
1 teaspoon linseeds
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
125ml Greek yoghurt
125ml fresh orange juice
1. Peel the kiwis and wash the berries
2. Put all the ingredients into a smoothie machine or a blender and blitz together until smooth.
Kiwis are full of vitamin C
Linseeds provides Omega 3 - good for skin and brain function
Sunflower seeds gives the smoothie more protein content and will keep you fuller for longer
