Consultation Rates

Before the consultation you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and a 3 day food diary. This will allow Tracie to provide you with the best results from the consultation process.

Basic Package - Tidy up

  • 1  hour consultation includes detailed analysis of the questionnaire €85
  • 45 mins follow up consultation €45

Weight loss and sports packages can vary in duration, depending on a number of factors which could be due to your level of health, training schedules or your goals.

Weight loss package €225

  • Processing questionnaire
  • 1 hr consultation includes detailed analysis of questionnaire
  • 45 mins 2nd consultation focusing on designing a personalized protocol that works for you. Your protocol is then emailed to you
  • 30 mins skype coaching call 
  • 30 mins follow up consultation 

You will leave with

  • A timeline of your health history  
  • Information pertaining to any relevant conditions that may be holding you back from your goal
  • A structured realistic protocol to suit your lifestyle
  • A menu plan and recipes to help you reach your ultimate goal

  

Sports package involves €205

  • Processing questionnaire
  • 1st consultation of 1 hr will be expanding on information from the questionnaire that you have completed and how to adapt a protocol to suit your training schedules 
  • Your information will then be analyzed using the Nutritics programme
  • 2nd consultation is a 45 mins session focusing on designing a personalized protocol that suits you and a discussion of the Nutritics results. Your protocol is then emailed to you
  • 2 x coaching sessions via Skype to help keep you on track and guiding you towards achieving your goals

You will leave with

  • A detailed Nutritics analysis for you to clearly see the nutrient requirements to help you achieve your goal
  • A timeline of your health history
