What is Nutritional Therapy?

When you choose the right foods to nourish your body you are giving yourself a choice to change your health. Nutritional Therapy is not about restricting large numbers of foods or recommending ‘fad’ diets it is about adding in foods to bring you up to your optimal nutrition levels and in some cases use the therapeutic effects of particular foods for specific health conditions to heal your body.
